Cancellation and Return Policy

At Marks and Stickers, we aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours. Due to our fast handling, production often begins shortly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

All products are made to order. With many combinations of designs and sizes, each order is created specifically for you.

We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the event of a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and include a photo. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

If any issues arise, we kindly ask you to contact us before leaving feedback. We are always happy to help and aim to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Returns

As our products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for used or custom-made items.
